Allama Iqbal Open University Announced the admissions for the semester of Spring 2014 for Pakistani Overseas students who are lived out-side the country. This time you are only eligible to take admissions if you are from the following countries :
- Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Kuwait
- Qatar
- UAE (United Arab Emirates) Dubai etc
- Oman
- Bahrain
Also Post graduate and Master programs are not offered to Overseas students yet, You can only apply in Matric (SSC), Intermediate (HSSC) and Bachelors / Graduation Programs of University.

No, You need Your Pakistani nationality to get admission as a Overseas Pakistani student.
